Mrs. Richess Okai

Treasurer, Ghana Evangelical Missions Association &  Operation Serve

A passionate missionary and leader, Richess Okai has dedicated her life to making a lasting impact on young people across Africa. With a background in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, she has mobilized and trained countless young missionaries to serve in unreached communities across ten (10) African nations.

Richess is the driving force behind The World On Our Knees (TWOOK), a prayer platform that unites people in prayer for unreached people groups. She also serves as the lead facilitator at the Potters House Training Institute, training ordinary people to become missionaries.

Through her leadership in Operation Serve, Richess has developed innovative programs that engage young people in cross-cultural missions, including: National service persons serving in deprived communities- Doctors in missions during their house jobs (Hudson Taylor Mission)- Professionals in missions (Office Serve)- High school leavers involved in missions (Studd Mission Program) Richess’s dedication, leadership, and passion for serving others have earned her respect and admiration from her peers.

She is married to Rev. Selwyn Okai, and they have three children together. Richess’s inspiring life and work are a testament to her commitment to faith, family, and service.
